But how does Hypnosis work to finally curb the urges and destructive patterns? Well its quite simple, we over eat for many reasons; through comfort, stress, even boredom. Unfortunately if we continue with these eating patterns they become unconscious habits – and very hard to change consciously.
Hypnosis allows us to tap into our unconscious and then reprogram the unconscious to develop new healthy associations to eating the right food whilst creating new strategies to deal with stress, boredom and comfort eating.
