Today I want to talk to you about a subject which I absolutely love and that subject is intentions. If you have an issue in your life it is important to realise why we do what we do and connect with the thing which is running the issue and that is the unconscious mind. If you could consciously let go of an issue you would, but if you cannot change it yourself then it must mean the unconscious mind is running it.
The unconscious mind does many great things for us, however it can sometimes get confused and make mistakes. When it comes to having an issue, the unconscious mind is running the issue. This can cause anger and resentment towards yourself over time because you want to let go of the issue.
What we have to realise is the unconscious mind is running the issue for the best of intentions, it is wanting to look after you and protect you, but it is not doing it in the best way for you, the behaviour is not so good. This is what your unconscious mind is doing when it is running a behaviour that you dislike. It thinks it is doing a good job for you.
Consider taking a step back and think about the intention. Ask the question 'what is my mind and body trying to do?' Usually it's protection. The more we understand that the more we begin to connect with our unconscious mind and the easier it becomes to change the behaviour as there is no negative emotions towards our unconscious mind (or ourselves).
You can then begin to negotiate with your unconscious mind to come up with a new and better way to work for you.
