Conforming - are you doing this without realizing?

This is a really cool subject but what do I mean by conforming?  Well when I say conforming I mean we may be setting ourselves up by a certain set of guidelines, rules or belief systems.

Although confirming can sometimes be positive and allow us to come together as a society or group there is also a negative - it can a big, big limitation.
