One of the questions that I get asked a lot is how to help someone else change, whether it be a partner, a friend, a sibling, a parent or child.
Even though the intention of wanting to help someone is great when we do this, it can be received in a negative way and actually causes a person to remain stuck.
Sometimes that person could feel as if they are being judged or attacked, despite the person wanting to try to help us.
So how do you help someone without them feeling attacked?
