So this audio is all about overcoming addictions, but what do I mean by addictions?
An addiction is a behaviour that we do not have control of or just cannot stop doing. This could be overeating, smoking, drugs or even things like procrastination - it could be any behaviour you feel you just cannot let go of. In this audio I want to tell you how we can get clear and let the behaviour go. We all have the ability to do that and it is about figuring out what is happening on the inside.
