It may sound strange but in this podcast we discuss how your shadow can be your shining light - but let me explain what I really mean.
When I am say shadow I am really speaking about our issues which hold us back. However that shadow of our issues can begin to lead us forward. The shadow, fear and doubt can actually be our light. We can choose to see it as something which will help us to grow and to get better.
I do this all the time and it is one of the things which made a huge change in my life – it’s taking responsibility and seeing every problem as an opportunity to grow.
