In life, you and I will encounter many, many challenges.
Life can throw its fair share at us, but despite what it throws to knock us down, it's how we respond to it that makes a difference.
This week, life threw a big curve ball at me. I had worked for over a year, invested time and money to achieve this goal, but despite all of the work, the result I wanted did not come. In moments like those, I believe we always have two options, and I want to share with you my thoughts and experience on what we can do when we get knocked down.
