In this podcast we are talking about the complainers, the haters and the doubters - the people who want to bring you down.
We have to realise we are in control of our life, we have to realise everything is a choice. We have two choices - we can either decide to keep people in our life or we can choose to cut them from our life.
However, if you are unable to cut that person from your life we need to come up with a new strategy to help us deal with these negative people in a positive way so their behaviour doesn't begin to bring us down.
In this audio we learn a new strategy so we can stay on top form, despite those who may surround us.
