So in this podcast today I am talking about catching yourself. Now by catching yourself I mean that if you want to change then you have to get a greater understanding about what is really happening.
If you could consciously let go of your issue you would click your fingers and you would let of your issue just like that, no problems. But if you cannot change then it must mean your unconscious mind is running the issue. So by catching yourself I mean you need to catch yourself when you are experiencing the issue so that you know what your triggers are and what is actually happening on the inside.
So if we are going to let go of an issue we need to be able to understand exactly what is happening in your system. We need to know the trigger and what is the feeling, thought or belief that we are having in that moment. So if you want to let go of issues hit play on this video to learn more.
