On todays video I am going to be talking about anxiety and depression and answering the question 'are anxiety and depression related?'  

Anxiety is the fear of what could happen.   Usually you are focusing on all the things you don't want to happen.  If we are experiencing depression - we feel anger, hurt, fear, sadness and lethargic.

So we ask the question 'Is anxiety related to depression?  The answer?   Absolutely.  

If you continue to be anxious in your life, over a period of time you are going to have low confidence because of that and that will have a big effect on your physiology.   You will feel physically depressed.
