How to Overcome Emetophobia

Emetophobia is a kind of fear that is related to vomiting. This fear is very intense and sometimes could be irrational. This fear or phobia might bring about an anxiety that breeds the fear of vomiting in a public place or seeing others vomit. It is a common phobia according to many studies.

The person suffering from this phobia shows severe anxiety coupled with depression. The fear of vomiting seems overwhelming to the suffering person.
