I purchased your Stop Paranoia CD a couple of weeks ago. I would just like to say thank you so much for what it has done in helping me get away from Paranoia. I purchased your Overcome Anxiety CD and in particular anxiety about hospitals, doctors, in fact White coat syndrome. I have been to the doctor and am going to hospital again soon as I am a diabetic, and have no fear about this. I am continuing to listen to the tape and have also bought one on getting slim because I need to lose a little weight to help the diabetes. I had this fear all my life. Will keep you updated.
