Just thought you should know about my experience using your "Overcoming OCD" CD. I am in my mid-forties and having had OCD since about the age of eleven. I am now on day four and listen to the cd every day as instructed and the inner demons have almost dissapeared! Now when I touch things they are just things, inanimate objects that used to have an emotional attachment and caused so much anxiety, and that connection has now gone. I am no longer a slave to hand washing, the soap dispenser is going down oh so slowly. I congratulate you on producing this cd as I don't know of any other person tackling this problem. I purchased your Overcome Anxiety CD and in particular anxiety about hospitals, doctors, in fact White coat syndrome. I have been to the doctor and am going to hospital again soon as I am a diabetic, and have no fear about this. I am continuing to listen to the tape and have also bought one on getting slim because I need to lose a little weight to help the diabetes. I had this fear all my life. Will keep you updated.

I find the CD ever so relaxing, and very positive, I feel the language used in the CD (i.e. empowerment, comfortable, motivation) alongside the music has a way of swaying/coxing the mind into believing that you really can achieve your goals, my Anxiety has almost gone after just two weeks.

I definately recommend the downlaods options. I listened to overcome paranoid thoughts, ive alrerady joined an outdoors group have been rock climbing and camping with 40 new people and this weekend ive gone on another hiking activity. As soon as I listened tot he overcome paranoid thoughts download my mind felt different inside from how I feel when i leave the house and I also do not panic when in traffic jams like I used to. I was amazed by this Dating with Confidence hypnosis audio. I have confidence in every area of my life but the dating scene. I have looked ALL over the internet for a hypnosis session on dating women. None of them are worth it. They either have low quality and or the accent is way too strong for your mind to understand the words! This program on the other hand is Perfect. The words are EXACTLY the words your mind needs to hear for you to be more confident with women. Even being unscathed by rejection! That is 99% of men's problem in the first place.
