The way from doing to being
We live in a physical and materialistic world and there’s no getting away from that and right now it’s not a problem.
The Problem
What is the problem is getting too caught up in it. We have become dictated by society. Its shows us and we follow unreservedly. We have bought into an illusionary existence, connected with what we perceive to be true, but worst what others tell us to be true. We do not see the truth; we see what is familiarly, safe and easy. Its perceived freedom, but not real freedom.
Does it have to be this way?
Nope!
By no means do I not want you to simply be a mediation guru sitting up on top of a mountain, becoming complete one with yourself and letting the world pass by. Personally, I do not feel this is aligned to where we are in progression. That’s not what I’m on about.
But there is a middle ground, where both can meet. From the doing to the being.
We are at a stage where we must take that responsibility to where we are going and what we are becoming.
What if, what if, what if you made a decision; we made a decision to become awareness.
To know that your view on life/reality is the perception of your mind, not the reality. Those materialistic things do not give us happiness, just give us choice. Happiness starts at the beginning, and you are the beginning. Materialistic things can only add to the beginning not be the beginning.
I think it’s time to be conscious of our actions, to allow the unconscious to become conscious of our desires. To create our life’s the way we want them to pan out.
A warrior mediates in every action.
The combination of doing and being. Allow your being of you to be conscious of your doing/behaviours.
The key to success is to put our intention into every action. To take inspired and massive action. To believe we deserve nothing but the best in who we are.
That’s freedom.
Anyway that’s just my thoughts.

Smile…..
A smile, can transform everything.
Really?
Yep, it can and it takes not much energy and feels good.
When someone smiles at you how do you feel?
Well even if you didn’t realise it, it makes you feel happier.
How many people do you meet/see a day?
I’m guessing a fair few.
Imagine if you authentically smiled at them and felt good because of it.
Wouldn’t that make them smile, so that other people smile, before you know it through your smile others are smiling who you have never met because you.
Smile, that’s all, it’s not hard, and it’s quite relaxing actually.
Smile away
Here’s your task:
Smile at 10 people today, without reason only other than to make yourself feel good.
Your smiling friend

It’s Monday, and I’m all good to make big changes this week. Then on Friday I’m running the second part of my NLP Practitioner.
I have a question for you.
Are you clear on what you want?
I said ‘clear’ because it’s so important if we are to achieve our goals and outcomes. We need clarity. We need to know the specifics.
So are you?
Most people goals are very ambiguous, unclear and this makes the goal feel unattainable.
Your conscious thoughts are suggestion to your unconscious mind. If your thoughts on your goals unclear seem unrealistic and non-specific then the unconscious mind will have no way of helping you become and achieve your goal.
Write down what you want in the positive.
Get specific – get the details
Think about what it will get you and what the goal might not get you – after all for all the things you want there will be things that may not be so good.
Have an end date as to when you will have achieved your goal.
Then get a plan together, of 5 things you can do each day that will take you closer to your goal.
Your unconscious mind is the goal setter, and your unconscious mind is the goal getter. So get setting and your unconscious mind will go get.

Happy Tuesday,
I’ve got a few things to say, firstly I’m running my NLP Practitioner which includes Hypnosis, Coaching and Time Line Therapy this Friday….. I can’t wait!
I’ve been a little run down lately, so I’ve decided to cut out a few things in my life that do not support me in being the real me. Whilst taking on new activities that allow me to become or express the real me.
So I’ve taken up learning how to play the piano. I’ve always always always wanted to play but always put it off. But I’m getting into it now, slowly but I am getting it. More importantly it gives me time to switch of my brain, and channel my energy into creativity….it’s very therapeutic.
Other the recent months I’ve felt a shift in me happening. About becoming more of the real me and I have struggled with it at times. I’ve had new types of thoughts coming through my mind, continuing to waken me up and the more I look around me, the people and things I see have changed. I see people caught up with issues, I see people feeling hopeless. I hear self doubt, fear or excuses in their words.
On the other hand, I’ve also been attracted and connecting with people who are the opposite of this, those of a real passion for life. Those are the people I wish to surround myself with.
Someone great, so great I forget their name once said:
‘You are the sum of the 5 closest people in your life’
This means the people you surround yourself are the sum of who you are.
If you surround yourself with people who complain, who are bitter, who have negativity then you will eventually become the complainer, be bitter and be negative.
If you surround yourself with joyful, happy people full of gratitude, you too will become that way.
So this goes for people you surround yourself with, the behaviours and habits that do not support you, what you think you become.
I want to be the best I can be; I want to be a catalyst for change, to help the world. This may seem unreasonable, unachievable to some. But that’s fine, as its other people’s perceptions of their own self doubt in themselves.
Someone said to me recently that they now feel that their dreams are no longer seem stupid or unrealistic and that they no longer seem embarrassed by them because they surround themselves with people who believe in them.
Like my last post, anything can be done, anything can be yours, but you must the initiator, the maintainer of your dreams, as no one else will be.
See the wonder in everything, and be the wonder of everything. I’ve come to realise that I can not be anything other than me, I have changed a million times over since I was a child, teenager and adult, where I do not even recognise my old self and people may not even recognise the old me anymore. I know I’m also about to change (by this I mean really transform) another million times. If people to not see that as truth then I am fine with this, but ultimately if I have to be authentic me as I feel we all do.

Who came up with the word impossible?
Was it someone who failed in achieving their goal?
Was it someone who needed a reason for why they hadn’t achieved the goal?
I think we ‘buy’ into what we perceive or feel as impossible as we do not want to fail.
Over history how many things have we said were impossible to achieve or do?
4 minute mile, landing on the moon, aviation. There are so many things that we once thought were impossible.
I think everything is possible, only our mindset can stop us achieving. The inner thoughts, believes, feelings we hold in our mind can stop us.
Beliefs such as ‘I’m not good enough’, feelings of frustration, and hopelessness.
But did the people who achieved the once thought impossible have these thoughts?
I’m not sure but I doubt it. Look at all the medical, technology and scientific breakthroughs we’ve had over recent years. The successes were born out of an idea that maybe, just maybe it’s possible.
Remember we only limit ourselves by the beliefs we hold, the feelings we feel and the lack of action we take. Then yes it’s impossible because we make it so. But we can change, we can be free, we can awaken our mind to more than you can imagine.
There is nothing you and I cannot do, nothing we cannot change, we can make the impossible possible – we must be the change. But are we prepared to change…
